A pop barely made a difference to the crowd as Vince apparated onto the cobblestoned streets of Diagon Alley. He twirled his wand once in his hand, then stuck it in his pocket, in one motion. Jeez, everyone must be coming for their school supplies early this years or something... he thought to himself as he sifted his way through the people. And I thought I'd beat the crowd.
Finally, after running into about two people, he made it to bookstore. Upon opening it, Vince expected a large group inside as well, but was surprised to see it not as packed. Shrugging to himself, he reached into his back pocket, pulling out the list of textbooks he would need this year.
Casually glancing over the shelves, Vince looked for the specifics he needed for the courses he was taking. As he was picking the Charms book off one of the shelves, he overheard one of the customers talking to an employee.
"Jeez, what a crowd out there, huh?" A woman said, very mildly out of breath.
"I'll say," commented the man behind the counter.
"What's the attraction? I couldn't get through far enough to see anything."
"I think the Ministry posted a new set of fliers of possible Death Eaters, as well as new information."
And before he could hear the rest, Vince was outside, sifting once again.

Yazuri pushed past the people, and weaved through them lucky she was small. She growled at the paper that was posted, and withen seconds she reached up pulled it off the wall and stomped off with it.
Everywhere she went she was met with her mother's picture. What gave them the right to acuse her, of course they were right, but they should all be hexed into oblivion. She didn't bother pulling the other she simply shot her wand at one and it turned into flames. Until she came upon her real destination for today.
It was her first time shopping for school supplies where her mother would not be attending to her. For obvious reasons she had to lay low. She glared at another post just above someone's head she vaguily recognized the boy.
"Move", she commanded simply. Unless he wanted a burning paper to fall on him he'd listen. Her eyes slipped down to him, he was a Gryffindor, from her school. Wonderful. Yazuri was usually the quiet little Slytherin, but today she was on the rampage. They had no right to reveal details of her family, stupid ministry couldn't find the actual deatheaters in their own departments.

He had been able to make his way through the crowd and see the brand new poster. Vince stared at it indifferently, with no emotion, though maybe with some interest. His arms were crossed, and he studied the woman. He could have sworn he'd seen her before.
Without another passing thought, Vince was told to move. Turning to see who had said that to him, he found a fellow Hogwarts student. Cocking his head to the side, he looked slightly more interested. Yazuri, I think her name is, he would dwell. Slytherin too. Vince saw the poster in her hand, and noticed the frustration and anger in her expression. So that was where he had seen the woman before...she was Yazuri's mother. He now remembered seeing the pair in Diagon alley almost every year while buying supplies.
After a moment, Vince shrugged, and stepped to the side calmly. He watched her actions.
"The ministry think your mother is a death eater?" Vince asked coolly, leaning against the wall with his arms crossed still. He didn't always believe the posters, but Yazuri was Slytherin. It was a possibility.

She muttered the spell and the paper ignited and fell to the ground sure there were about a hundred more, but she felt better for the time being at least. At least the boy had enough sense to move.
No, she was wrong he had no sense at all, her glare fixed on him when he spoke. "The ministry thinking?" she scowled, "Theres a laugh." She didn't actually answer his question nor was she planning to "You could fill a teacup with all the brains that place has."
Her hard glare softened into a questioning one, reading Vincent's posture, his curiousity. Who was he to judge her in such a manner. Men were all alike. "Do you always ask questions that aren't any of your business?" she countered still not answering him.

At her comment on the Ministry, Vince couldn't help but smile. "So we agree on something." He noticed the unanswered question, thought it mysterious, but ignored it for now.
"Not really," he answered. "It was an obvious answer anyway. If the ministry didn't have the idea, then these papers wouldn't be up." Vince shrugged, his expression back to indifference. "Do you always leave questions unanswered?" he asked, countering her question.

"Well most people in the world agree on at least one thing", she said blank expression, "Don't get all giddy because you've found just one", here yes narrowed. Really he was a brave one. If he knew who she was, what she was capable of maybe he'd turn tail and run.
"If the ministry had any idea, they'd be dead already", she said. It was hard to tell whether it was a threat or if she was simply making a statement to her it was a little bit of both, whoever put hers mother's name up there was going to wish they hadn't.
"Keep things like to make them think they have a hold on the situation, like their doing something.... and yet.. people are still dying", the thought excited her, but she kept her face blank and expressionless. No need to get her name on a list either.
She starred at him, glaring more like at his boldness. Men. "Yes", she said simply.

Vince wondered. They'd be dead already? he repeated her words. "I see. And why would they be dead already?" He was curious enough to ask. Even though she probably wouldn't answer him like before.
"People will find you rather mysterious if you don't answer anything they ask," he commented. He expected a retort back about Yazuri not caring what other people think.
He raised an eyebrow. Yazuri didn't like him much. Vince smiled to himself.

"And people find you vulgar and annoying when you do pick which side of the double edge sword you want its all the same", she shot back, her slytherin wit was kicking in quickly as well as the sharpness of her tongue.
She left the first question alone she had said too much already. In fact she couldn't even see any logical reason she was still engaging in converstion with him, but part of her liked the thrill of the bantering.
When she glared he just sat there with a stupid mocking smile on his face and she wanted to curse it off. Where she was from men were seen as breading tools a sort of necessary evil and never a companion. Of coures her family had adapted a bit, but there was still that underlying distrust of them. They couldn't handle the dark gifts that were given to them.
The only reason her family had served under a man for so long is because Tom Riddle made himself something other then a man, he made himself and immortal.

He chuckled. "Okay, okay. I don't think I'm going to win here." Laughing probably wasn't making things any better either.
And there was the avoiding answer again. Whether Yazuri said anything or didn't at this point, Vince was beginning to guess that her mother was a death eater. But it wasn't like he could do anything about it, anyway. The ministry already had an idea, the Order probably saw the papers already, now there was only the part of finding her. Vince felt bad for Yazuri. Though she was probably on her mother's side, if the ministry did find her, it would be horrible to lose her mother to Azkaban.
Still, Yazuri was one of the most hostile Slytherins he'd spoken to.

"Congradualations you've had enough sense to admit that and therefor far exceeded my expectations and those of your house", She added a small smirk to that line. Or was it a smile? Whatever it was, it was small, minor detail. The words would hit home she was sure and his Gryffindor pride would comign swelling out.
She had tucked her wand safely away again. Vincent was of no threat to her. She folded her arms across her chest. She usually wore short sleaves and as anyone could plainly see there was no mark there.
She noticed alook of pity cross her face and her temper flared. If it was possible for her to get anymore annoyed.

Vince rolled his eyes. "Stereotypes don't pertain everyone," he commented. "I'm not always as hard headed as the rest of my house." He thought about how Slytherin-like Yazuri was like, though. "You, on the other hand, are very much a Slytherin."
The markless arm was of no surprise to Vince. He had never seen one Slytherin at Hogwarts with the tattoo, though he was almost certain that many were already in the ranks under the dark lord.
He noticed she had calmed down, but then immediately become angry again. Vince rolled his eyes once more. "What did I do now?"

"Exactly what is that suposed to mean?" her eyes narrowed on him, "I'm very much Slytherin?" Her hand itched to pick up her wand and hex the dumb... guy! Half way to hell.
"Do?" she rolled her eyes, "Well you could start with being born and then go up the list from there, since i'm going to assume you've always been this irritating." She watched his eyes roll, he had rather attractive eyes. She stopped herself. Bad Yazuri.
Her ancestors tradition about the men they mated with was slowly deteriorating Yazuri figured she would have known her father if her grandmother didn't erase his memory and send him away. She was always told it was for the greater good, but she doubted it. Her family always bended traditions it seems to suit themselves.

Vince shrugged. "Just think of the stereotypical Slytherins. And then think of yourself." He allowed a smile. "Any bells?"
Sighing, he shook his head. "Obviously to you I'd always be irritating." The only reason why Vince was still standing there and playing this volley with Yazuri was the simple fact that he thought it was fun. She didn't answer anything the way usual people answered, nor did she allow anything to falter, holding her persona with pride. Though it was somewhat arrogant, Vince found it amusing. His smile lines twitched.
"What exactly do you find irritating about me?" He forced himself to keep from grinning. There was no answer to expect, so he just waited, wondering what the reaction would be.

Zuri's eyebrows perked up at the question. She ignored his earlier statements and pushed them off with a shrug. Was this guy a glutton for punishment or what and why did he always smile that damn smile.
"For a start, you ask questions that you shouldn't, you mock people with that stupid smile, when obviously nothing is sunshine or cheery, your in Gryffindor, you roll your eyes more often then you breathe, your automatically assuming i'm a dark witch in your head don't dispute it I know the look, which means your clearly not sane, because what sane person would be talking to someone they think is evil".
She paused.
"And I don't like the way your looking at me". She me this eyes with hers, she couldn't keep the slight insecurity from them. Hell it was always there. When your life is chosen for you, its hard not to have the what ifs.

The smile stayed, despite the comment on it. Actually, Vince smiled because of the comment. He shook his head and chuckled. "Okay, I'll admit that I am pretty suspicious of you being a dark witch. But that isn't something that's going to keep me from talking to you," he rolled his eyes just for the hell of it.
"Oh this look?" He held that look of indifference again. Though it was awkward because of his smile still. Vince held her gaze as well, noticing something behind the surety. He wondered what it was.
