Located in rural England, the Caldwell Estate is a large, grey stone mansion set on 5 acres of land, of course surrounded by many hexes and spells. There is one garden in the northeast section that is tended to by a Squib gardener who lives on the property also in the NE section but never speaks to the family. The mansion iteself is quite large, containing numerous rooms including three libraries, many studies, two fitness rooms, an indoor swimming pool, bedrooms, bathrooms, storage cabinets, an owlery, a basement/dungeon, and others. It has been in the Caldwell family for centuries, as has the family of House Elves that tend to the mansion.
